Product: HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer

I am using Apple laptop (2022) and HP 5660 (more than 8 years old). There was a jam. I removed the cartridges cleaned and put it back. I have not cleaned the printer. I have a JETTEC Cleaning Fluid. How to clean the carriage since it gets stuck int track? I have hand held electric vac cleaner. Do I clean below the cartridge?

I see that you are looking for help with cleaning your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to use the software for cleaning and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

Or you will have to get it check locally on how to get it cleaned as HP do not recommend cleaning the inside of the printer apart from using a blower or vacum to remove the dust.
