I have several of the above mentioned scanners that are making horrible squeal noises on either printing or during startup.  I did remove the toner cartridges and reinsert them till I thought I heard the one that was causing problems.  I replaced it and nope still making a horrible squeal noise.  Not sure what is going on or what to go from here.

If the squeal stops when a certain cartridge is removed but returns even when a different cartridge is installed in that spot suggests a possible issue with the drivetrain and not the supplies.

Thank you for the quick response!  Is that something that can be repaired, if so can it be repaired in the office or is more of an in depth repair?

If it is a failed drivetrain, the repair process might be more than most techs want to tackle on a job site due to the possibility of losing a piece. Parts availability may also factor in as these devices do not always have all parts available.
