HP ENVY Photo 7134 All-in-One Printer

Good morning

I paid €25 euro for a technical support phone call today. After paying this fee, I expected someone to call me and I was surprised to see that I had to call the number myself.  The operator was friendly, however, we spent 30 minutes on the phone (another expense to me) re-trying solutions that I have already done.

The error is 'cartridge error' and it says it cannot move but it is moving. There was a paper jam, I removed the paper. I went through all the steps. There is nothing in the printer. After re-trying all of the solutions that I have previously done, the operator tells me that I need to upgrade my printer. I am not happy. This printer is only two years old, it is rarely used as it is from home use and I cannot believe I'm told to replace it. HP I am not happy after spending 30 mins on the phone at my own expense, paying a fee of 25 euro to do everything I had already done myself and then be told my printer needed replacing.

Hi @Steph261,

Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing carriage jam issues with your HP ENVY Photo 7134 All-In-One Printer.

Please follow the steps listed below to reset the printer:
1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
5. Turn on the printer to complete the reset.
