Product: HP Neverstop Laser 1001nw

My 1001nw laser is consistently chewing up paper. It was printing through but scrunching the paper on the left side but now its got so bad it cant even print 1 sheet without jamming. Jamming seemingly at bottom intake rather than further through the machine. 

 

Have cleaned, used different amounts of paper. Have re adjusted the feed guides, nothing seems to fix the issues. Drum is pretty new and full of ink.

 

Any help appreciated.
