HP Recommended

My HP Envy is useless because it reports paper jams 9 out of 10 times. I found another user with same problem and respondent told them to “clean mirrors” and other parts (optical something, I think?) but I have no idea what these are or how to locate.

 

Could someone please respond with images of these items and brief instructions of where located or diagram showing this? Also, other troubleshooting suggestions if any. Thank you very much for reading and any help you can provide,
