We are still having paper jam issues with our printer. It has been replaced once, and they are still happening. I've left tickets for support to contact us, and this isn't happening.  Even if they did, they can only offer another replacement if deemed this one is faulty?

What is the next step?

Is there an official complaint procedure to follow?

I understand that you are getting a paper jam error, I am glad to assist you.

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- click here

And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue and require one on one interaction to fix issue.
