Microsoft Windows 11

I have a LaserJet Pro MPF48 and it prints fine but when double sided is selected and the paper goes through the duplexer, regardless of what I've done it will always jam. I've already tried to remove it and reprint, update drivers, turn off and on etc.. So far nothing has worked and it is stuck . I have noticed though that the paper is always crinkled specifically on its left side around where the rubber wheels are, so maybe that is a part of the problem ?

The spot where it crinkles would indicate the problem area, unless it is damaged before that and then catching on the wheels. Check the paper path closely for any bits of paper or dislodged feeding path.
