HP Recommended
Officejet 4650
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have uninstalled and reinstalled HP Smart App on Desktop HP Envy computer. Printer constantly gives "Paper Jam" report when not jammed. Prints fine directly from printer and prints fine using HP Smart App on Android phone. But will not print anything from the computer!!! Just started doing this. What is going on???
