HP Recommended
Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer

For the last week the paper is jamming in the back by the removable blue handle. I've attempted all the recommended steps to remedy this including removing the jams, placing the paper correctly, trying from a different tray, cleaning all the rollers, unplugging the printer for 60seconds and updating the printer. None of it has worked. I wanted to see if anyone had any other suggestions, if not, is it worth taking it in to get serviced or do I just need to buy a new one?
