I already bought a new printer but would like to try and repair this one.  I have removed all paper I can see. I have no idea why the paper continues to jam.  The rollers are working. I don’t know what else to do and can’t locate printer repair near me.

I understand that you are having issues with the paper jams.

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, this could be hardware. 

 

I recommend you contact phone support for repair options.
