Recently bought this machine but (good quality) paper refuses to feed 'straight' from the magazine into the printer, usually being pulled down first on the right hand side, then jamming.

To achieve a print, I have to hand-straighten the paper as it enters the printer, which is obviously not right and a general pain !

Any suggestions, please?
