HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone - my 8600 has stopped working after an adhesive label detached itself from its backing and wrapped itself around the feed roller causing a paper jam error.  The printer is too old to justify having it professionally repaired, but it seems too good to dump for such a simple [!] problem.  I can see the offending label, but will need to dismantle the printer in order to remove all traces of it.  On first observation this looks rather difficult - as if HP do not want punters to gain access to the internal workings - however I have good mechanical and electrical engineering skills, a set of security driver bits and all the time in the world as I am retired and keen to take on a project.

Does a service manual exist for this model please?

If not, has anyone successfully gained access and/or cleared a fault like this one.

Any help/advice gratefully received hopefully not telling me to dump it . . .  even a sequence of screw removal of which screws would help enormously.

Thanks and regards
