Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The carriage on HP Deskjet 1510 does not move freely.
3 lights come on for Attention, Black ink & Tri-color ink at same time.
I have run HP Scan and Print Doctor, which confirms this issue re the carriage.
I have tried the steps in the HP youtube video & the HP troubleshooting steps for the above symptoms - neither solve the issue.
Carriage, nor its run path has not been cleaned - would need detailed steps eg youtube video explaining this.
I can't contact support online since the form is not accepting the FPU code for the product number.
Printer is likely out of warranty as purchased several years ago.
