Deskjet 2700 all-in-one paper feeder

My paperfeeder no longer works properly. only one side of wheels is working. The other doesn't make contact with the paper anymore. Can HP replace this part?

You may also refer to this document once to make sure there is nothing stuck inside the printer and blocking the paper pick mechanism.
