Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer

Deskjet 3755: Moves paper down to print, then stop, error message E1, flashing yellow light.
I've adjusted paper width guide as instructed here: <https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_5744761-5744862-16>. Paper still stops. Automatically clears after a minute, or after my pushing clear-paper button next to yellow light.
New issue on an old printer.
