Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9110b Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
As far as I can see, HP has never provided an answer to How to lock a 9110b Pro paper tray at 8 1/2 x 11? For a workgroup printer this is a fatal flaw. Not locking at the most common paper size leads to paper misfeeds, jams and failed print jobs. I went online with an HP tech and after 45 minutes was back to square one. I have only had HP printers, but never could have imagined that they would NOT FIX such a glaring oversight!
