Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My document feeder has stopped pulling papers through consistently. Sometimes it will pull all documents through during a single scan, other times stops randomly. I can tell the feeder is trying to pull the sheet through and I used to be able to help it along, but now I can't even do that. Any suggestions? Is it possible to purchase a replacement document feeder?

I would try cleaning or replacing the automatic document feeder rollers.
