Does not take paper from the tray

When I load the papers in the tray for some reason the rollers don’t pick up the paper I have to manually feed it one by one or it takes it all at once like 30 papers or it will take the paper and then print blank. I tried cleaning it 10 times I tried resetting it everything is fine but just doesn’t pick up the paper from the tray please help me

I understand you are facing a paper pick-up issue.

If you have already performed the steps from the document An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
