M806

Hello,

We have 4 M806 printers(with the extra trays for more paper), at all printers we have feeding issues at different trays. From time to time it happens that the printer is ejecting 1 printed page and 1 blank page exactly on top of each other. All the feeding rolls are already changed, we tried new paper, checked the environment all seems correct but the issue still occurs.

What else can we try to solve this issue?

The first thing we try to do is isolate if the problem happens with all trays or only certain trays. Either empty all trays except one and use the printer or use the diagnostics mode to run sheets front each tray. If it is only one tray then you might have a bad pickup assembly.

If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution easier by giving kudos and marking my post as an accepted solution.

Thank you for the reply,

I already tried this, this problem appears at different trays(and also different printers). So the first thing we thought about this must be the paper, we tested paper from a different production date and also checked temperature(between 18-20C) and humidity(between 35-45%).
