My Hp LaserJet 1320 keeps printing double pages with the second page being blank. Even when I try to print a test page ,same result is obtained. OS Windows 7 32bits. Any solution shall be highly appreciated. Thanks

Good Evening,

Hope you are well, please try to check the printer driver preferences to check on the two sided function. Please go to control panel on the computer > select devices and printers > right click into the printers icon > select printer preferences and look for the printing shortcut > it may be a factory default shortcut, please check if two sided is on or off and test printing.

from the same menu of devices and printers > right click into the printers icon and this time select print properties, check for the device settings and try to look for the duplex unit and it should say "Installed", change it to "Not installed" and try to print again in simplex.

Best Regards,
