Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When i print on both sides of the pages, the pages are getting creased in rando spots towards the middle of the pages. Is there a set of feed rollers or a fuser that I need to replace?

In my experience with this series, if you get a wrinkle down the page when duplexing it is usually the fuser causing the problem, even if you do not have an issue with single sided printing. I also suggest that you check the duplex paper path closely for any debris that might be causing the issue.
