Drum Replaced for m2885fw - paper jams won't print

samsung m2885fw - I had to replace the drum/ imaging unit after the printer stopped printing with red light saying "replace imaging unit". I replaced it and the printer now reads "ready to print" with a steady green light. Communications with the pc is good HOWEVER, the printer starts then reads 'printer jam'. There is no printer jam - clean of paper or pieces of paper. Is this a reset problem?

Install back old drum to see will you get the printer jam message.

Cannot use old drum - end of life. I can use the manual tray 1 piece of paper at a time. Perhaps it is a detection issue with the main paper tray?

Remove the paper tray, you will see a rubber roller inside the tray, clean it with alcohol, inside the printer there are 2 more rubber rollers just above the one in the tray ( when closed) clean those too.
