Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased a HP Officejet pro 8210 and am trying to print  a 120 page document on A5 paper. I've tried a number of different things, but am out of ideas. Duplex works fine on 8.5x11 but when I use the A5 it thinks about turning the page but then doesn't. Is this printer not able to print duplex on smaller formats?
