Product: HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer

Hello all, I keep getting E4 paper jam error. There is no paper jam, I followed the instructions and  I opened and cleaned the interior rolls I make sure I close the parts as it should be. This happened a few months ago and I was able to fix it, this time around I still get the error and I am frustrated. I am in north jersey and I would like to find a printer repair service, can anyone help me?
