Product: HP Envy 5032
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP ENVY 5032   I tried to print on a card but it jammed and there is no sign of the card. Previously I have been able to open the access panel by squeezing the two sliders together but now the panel itself seems jammed and I cannot open it
