Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When trying to print 4x6 photos from my computer, my ENVY 7255 Photo printer always prints on the 8.5x11” copy paper.  I am using HP Smart software to send stored photos to the printer.   Any suggestion as to what the problem might be?……thanks

Printer is an ENVY 7255 all in one photo printer,  trying to print 4x6 photo on HP Photo Paper. No error msg received.  It simply prints on the full size copy paper 8.5x11 sheets.   I finally got one photo to print by reverse bending the photo paper to get it as fast as possible.  Very disappointed with this printer.  It’s only 18 months old and has very light usage, less than30 pages/mo.  Very few photos.   Any suggestions?
