hello,
I have a multifunction HP Enterprise MFP M680 , and have a problem with the automatic feeder document as the feeder start to pick up the document and the paper is stopped and jammed just after the pickup rollers and the beginning of the curved area, at the sensor arm and the feeding rollers.
I want to test even the sensor if it is working or not and also need to check the motor which response for the feeding rollers.if you know the code or how to test please provide me how to do it.
note I’ve cleaned all the rollers and sensors i could reached
