My Laser Jet Pro 8710 is suddenly not printing my #10 envelope, and now the printer says that envelopes are not compatible and the options it is showing me do not contain the #10 envelope. I recently got a new desktop that has Windows 11 on it - I never had a problem with Windows 10. Anybody have any ideas?

According to the printer specifications, this model printer supports printing on U.S. 10 envelopes.
Are you using the HP Smart app to print?
If yes, check for any pending updates or reinstall the app from Microsoft Store to check if that helps.
