Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I have followed all of the online instructions and am clear on how to load the envelope for printing but it has never, ever not jammed.  The previous questions in the support community list the online documentation here:

These links are just answers straight out of the manual.

 

This still doesn't address the issue that so many of us are having. The envelopes always jam. Please help!!!
