HP ENVY 4507 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been using 2 x Envy 4507 printer to print photos for many years. Having bought a new pack (100 sheets) of genuine HP Advanced Photo Paper I now find that I can no longer print correctly on both printers.

The printer starts correctly and the 4x6 paper is drawn into the printer and the head begins to print the photo on the paper.  After approx 2cm of printing the paper stops moving but the head continues to print over the same piece of paper until the layers of ink begin to drip off the edge.

So far I have wasted 15% of the pack but diagnosed that the pinch rollers just behind the print head do not appear to feed the paper through - hence it stops.   I assume they need to be adjusted but do not know how.   Can some please advise?

PS.  How has this occurred on both printers at the same time?   Is this a fault with the Win10 driver (up to date), printer firmware (up to date) or the genuine HP paper I've bought?
