HELP!

Paper A4 countinuously jam at almost half of the page size (so not when the sheet is loaded at very beginning).

I followed all the instructions given here https://support.hp.com/it-it/document/c04407489 and wasted a lot of sheets in multiple tries (which will be counted as subscribed to InstantInk service!). None was useful to solve the problem.

The paper hangs in the rollers shown, already also cleaned as suggested. No fragments of paper are present anywere, neverthless sheets are jammed all the time.

I'm not able to find any support center in ROME (ITALY) where to bring the printer to repair. Shall I throw away???

Thanks
