Product: HP Envy 5540

I have an Envy 5540 that won't feed. I have checked the jam FAQ and nothing is working. Showing paper jam.  Any suggestions? I checked paper intake out take, the bottom of the printer as well as inside. Rollers are working fine. I've done a smear clean too. I will say is is pretty loud when the photo tray jams. 

 It won't copy either. It just won't feed the paper. Main tray or photo tray.
