Welcome to the HP User Community.

The printer does not support printing on heavy cardstock.

The printer does support printing on Index style card paper  as shown in the Specifications

Product Specifications for the HP ENVY 6030e All-in-One Printer (2K4V8A)

Section Paper Handling

Media types
Plain Paper; HP Photo Papers; HP Matte Brochure or Professional Paper; HP Matte Presentation Paper; HP Glossy Brochure or Professional Paper; Other Photo Inkjet Papers; Other Matte Inkjet Papers; Other Glossy Inkjet Papers; Plain Paper, Light/Recycled
Media weight supported (metric)
A4: 60 to 90 g/m²; HP envelopes: 75 to 90 g/m²; HP cards: up to 200 g/m²; HP 10 x 15 cm photo paper: up to 300 g/m²

Assuming the Full Feature Software / Full Solution / full driver printer software is installed,

If the paper type you want to use is not available in Printing Preferences / shortcut,

If the paper weight is within the limitations supported by the printer,

Try Paper Types - Media = Brochure or Professional Paper or (possibly) Other Matte Inkjet Papers
