Product: Envy photo 6200 seeies
Operating System: iOS

The printer will not load any kind of photo paper it makes the sound of it trying to print but then comes up with NO PAPER IN DRAW  I have tried putting 1 sheet in to filling it up still will not take the photo paper

HP won't tell you but you can call to have it replaced as long as you are under warranty.
