Hi everybody! I own an Envy 6230.
My printer works perfectly fine with common paper, up to 100 gr per sheet, but when I try to use heavier paper, the finaleprinted page is not straight, one side is really crooked. The heavier the paper, the more it will print crooked on one side. I always make sure to set photo paper when loading heavy paper in the tray, and I already tried cleaning all the feeding rolls, nothing changed.
The rolls seem to work fine because there are no feeding problems, with common paper, and also with double side printing, it works great.
I need to print a lot on 160 gsm paper, I need it to print straight!
Can someone help me figuring out the problem?
Thank you so much!

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are unable to print strait on heavy paper, I am glad to assist you.
Here is the list of paper handeling specifications of this printer:-
If the paper which you are using is with in this specifications, then follow these steps to fix the issue:-
Clean the paper feed rollers
- Clean the rollers underneath the printer.
- Carefully lift the printer and set it on its side.
- While supporting the printer with one hand, pull the paper tray open to expose the paper rollers underneath the printer.
- Lightly dampen a lint-free cloth with distilled water, and then squeeze any excess liquid from the cloth.
- Press the cloth against the rollers inside the printer, and then rotate the rollers upwards with your fingers. Apply a moderate amount of pressure to remove any dust or dirt buildup.
- Allow the rollers to dry completely (approximately 10 minutes).
- Close the paper tray, and then set the printer upright.
