HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Envy 7155 says to add photo paper but there is photo paper in the tray.  If I hit the OK button several times, it eventually prints. 

 

The Print Doctor finds no problems. 

 

I think  the printer worked better in the past.  I think it got a firmware update last year and that screwed up the printer.
