My 7640 does not properly feed cardstock. I grabs the paper late so if something issues to be printed on the top of the page it ends up in the middle.

I've read prior troubleshooting reports, and they are all erroneous in that there is no selection of "cardstock" for this printer.

The unit is clean. It is clearly a mechanical (design fault) or software issue.
