Product: 7830

The HP Envy 7830 that I received doesn't want to print.  It just keeps saying I should load plain paper.

The paper is loaded, is genuine HP paper even! (although I think only supporting your own paper is a crazy concept).

The side guides are not too tight, and you can see marks on the paper where it's trying to pull in the paper.

This is the 3rd HP printer in a row to do this, so it's last chance, or I have to move elsewhere!
