HP Recommended
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I have installed macOS 13.1 Ventura but this is not listed. When seeking to print my printer responds but instead of printing the paper jams at the back of the machine (where I think it should be turned to travel towards the front). Is it possible to have the machine checked and adjusted or repaired.
