I was looking for my Epson ET-3850 all in one serial number. Had to open up the scanner to locate. Unfortunately, the scanner is now stuck open. I can't for the life of me get the scanner bed in the down position. I've tried lifting, forcing, etc.. No good. Please help.

You will probably get better help on EPSON support web page, as this is HP support forum no EPSON printers are supported here.
You can check this video on YT it might help https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gwIWKatviTQ
