Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

Printer not working. No paper jams or debris inside as I opened and inspected all aspects. First, was getting 0x6100004a errors repeatedly despite resetting machine. Removed all ink cartridges and replaced all with new. Now getting 0x61000047 errors.
