macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I have this error Message: "Jam in cartridge area open top cover and remove cartridge clear jam" however after opening the printer and removing the cartridge I see no paper jam anywhere - Is there away to reset the printer or any idea how to open the back behind the cartridge area to see if there is any paper jam.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

Follow these steps to reset the printer.

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.

  3. Wait 60 seconds.

  4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
    NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

If the issue persists, follow the next steps. Paper Jam Error
