This is how OP described the problem to me in a PM and I asked that it be posted here:
I have an OfficeJet Pro 8025. Instead of printing, I get an error message that says, "The paper tray is open. Etc.". The paper tray is stuck. It won't open or close. Will you tell me how to close the paper tray, so that I can print?
Please help @ShlomiL , Buehler, anybody?
