Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

My printer OfficeJet 6968 hp gets message 0x6100004a. There is no paper jam. Followed instructions for resting printer. I tried to slide the ink bar over

but it won’t go even after unplugging the printer. Just can’t get it to move. I also damaged one of the straps by trying to move the ink set. Need help

before I have to buy a new printer.
