HP ENVY 5640 e-All-in-One Printer

HI, hoping someone can help me with this. I was supposed to get a callback on Friday afternoon from HP but no one called.

I have recently moved home and changed my internet provider. Since then I have been struggling to print wirelessly. I keep getting the error message 'The printer is out of paper', even though it has plenty of paper. I have cleaned all paper roller (The ones accessed inside the printer, and the ones accessed from underneath the paper feed tray) but this hasn't resolved the issue. I had an initial chat with a HP technician on Friday and mentioned that the printer prints fine if I connect it via a cable, its only when I am trying to connect wirelessly that printing is halted by this error message. The technician said this was a driver problem and was supposed to call me back, but hasn't. I am just wondering if anyone here can help and advise? Thanks in advance for your time.
