I have an HP PageWide Pro MFP. An error message keeps popping up saying that there is paper jammed inside the left door. After opening that door, removing the platen etc., the problem was not fixed. Also, I cleaned the rollers, but still no response. I did not factory reset it yet. What should I do?

On the door there are several reflective circles that are part of the paper sensors. Make sure these are clean and that the corresponding window on the printer itself are clean.

I cleaned those lenses, but it still says that there is paper jammed.
