I have a printer failure problem. It says that there is a problem with the printer or printer system. Please turn off and then turn on period if you continue to get this message contact hp. I've turned it off and turn it back on and the same message comes on period it also states that there is paperfeed problem or there's a paper jam but there's no paper in there and I've checked every nook and cranny of the printer and there's no paper stuck anywhere and the message still stays.

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
