Officejet pro 8020e

Error, paper problem, 

Make sure paper is loaded and is below stack tab or line. 

The printer was working great with matte then had to go to glossy. Now I get this msg. I tried adding paper n taking paper out. I will try putting the little bit of matte back in. 

Has anyone else had this problem ?
