HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2677 All-in-One Printer

Even though paper is fed into the tray, printer is not pulling the paper and displays out of paper. Need to how I can contact and speak to a technical support personnel or raise a complaint and get a person to look into this with a location visit

  • Did you make any changes to your printer? 
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: 

  • Step 1: Check the paper, and then reload it
  • Step 2: Clean the paper feed rollers
  • Step 3: Reset the printer. Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05379369 to complete the troubleshooting steps. By the end of the article, you will be able to isolate the issue.

It’s a new printer.  I was able to exhaust the cartridge available with the new printer.  I ordered and installed the new cartridge both b&w and colour.  Since then the printer doesn’t work.  The roller rolls but unable to push paper.

I am having the same issue. Is the roller the black thing in the front? And when the paper doesnt pull to the front  and a clicking noise. And the out of paper and cancel lights flash. It clicks until you cancel the printing job. 

 

Yes, it does give an error message. But it tells you that the error is unknown. I've tried diagnose and fix , still nothing found wrong. 

 

Any more tips? Is it loose? My product went out of warranty two years ago almost. So this is the only way to get help.

This seems like a hardware issue with the printer. As we have tried all the troubleshooting steps from our end, think this issue needs some additional technical assistance that can be better provided through one-on-one interaction with our HP Support team.
