HP9010 printer

I hate this thing with a passion but it is new and I'm stuck with it.  I'm trying to print tax forms, which have to be printed so that the info goes in the box.  Every GD page I print prints crooked on this pos printer.  Any suggestions?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Does it happen with copies too?

Which device is your Printer connected to?

Yes, it happens with copies.  It is connected to a desktop computer.

On the diagnostic page, the lines are straight in the test boxes, but the entire print is crooked on the page.

This could be a hardware issue as it happens with copies too.

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
